• PRAISE: Praise the Lord for He has heard our prayers; He has heard our cries for mercy for the people of Italy. He has not been sleeping nor distant, but has listened to our every word and He is answering. Praise God that His Word does not ever return to Him void. Day and night the Word that is planted grows until it bears fruit. Praise Him for He is bringing about a Disciple Making Movement throughout Italy.
• PETITION: “I have posted watchmen on your walls…they will never be silent day or night. You who call on the Lord, give yourselves no rest, and give him no rest…” (Isaiah 62:6-7) This is a vision and example of extraordinary prayer. Day and night, giving themselves no rest, giving the Lord no rest “till.” The secret of prevailing prayer is asking “until” the Lord answers. Pray that God will post a vast number of watchmen on the walls of Italy in every community and city, people who will give themselves and the Lord no rest until faith in Jesus rises up in the hearts and minds of this nation.
• THANKSGIVING: Spend a few minutes giving thanks to the Lord for what He has done for you and for the people of Italy on the cross. As followers of Christ, tomorrow, we have the joy of being able to celebrate Resurrection Sunday which is a time to remember what Christ has done for us through His death and resurrection. Thank God for this today and thank him that throughout Italy and around the world He is making His name known.
