• PRAISE: Give thanks to God for giving strength to those in Italy who are weary and for increasing the power of the weak. (Isaiah 40:29)
• PETITION: Pray for nominal Christians throughout Italy that they would gain a true understanding of the gospel. Pray for those enslaved by tradition or disillusioned with church structures to encounter the living Christ. Pray for the power of God to be revealed and to set free those lost in the darkness of occult, atheistic, and New Age practices.
• DMM PRINCIPLE – BIBLICAL DNA: Isaiah 29:13 – “The Lord says: “These people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship of me is based on merely human rules they have been taught.” Pray that those in Italy who follow Christ would be fully committed to die to themselves, pick up their cross daily and follow Jesus. Pray that their hearts would be near to God and that their worship of him would be genuine and authentic, not just cultural tradition.
